Very old style hotel needs a renovation.

The location is very accessible, 2 lanes behind the main road. Safe at night and day due to the Connaught Police Station, paths are always filled with locality making it tourist friendly.If you are going to VFS GLOBAL or any embassy or application centre this is a must stay.Staff are very friendly. Especially the managers which I loved. They let me order through zomato on their phones late at night when the kitchen was closed and very fast room services. Food menu is quite reasonable. Breakfast is very good. Especially the achar.

Obviously a lack in entertainment. TV didn't really work properly wanted to watch a movie but couldn't. Missing some toiletries and simple soap or one time brush or toothpaste. Breakfast hours run a bit slow and thr kitchen opens a bit late in my opinion at 8am. I had my interview at 9:05am and it cost me about 20 minutes just waiting for the food even though I had mentioned my timings the night prior and at 7am the same day. Could be miscommunication but regardless was quite disappointed when I need them the most.

The lift was old. The kitchen was bad . Service was terrible . .. bathrooms were dirty . Linens were not clean .. no toiletries kept.

Staff was trying to sneak in to room without knocking and no towels in room. Behaviour of housekeeping is very bad.

Nothing at all

The Itsy Hotel harass you at least three times per day to make payment, through a link which you cannot guarantee is secure, even though it is a booking to pay on arrival. They then cancel your stay two days before you arrive and you are stuck looking for alternative accommodation.

Didn’t get the opportunity to stay as the hotel cancelled asking for payment even though it states no prepayment required I thought it was a scam but I still tried to pay which wasn’t accepted on the portal I was directed to

As above and the cancellation was made the day before arrival and I had to find alternative accommodation at short notice

location was near by to Connaught

this is not a hotel.more like a guest inn..the so called hotel has no lift to ur floors..the staff was rather unprofessional..the price we paid in booking.com was supposed to be for hoteel,and overated

Only location is good as it is near to connaught place. It's not a hotel, it's a three storey house converted into a hotel. You'll not be able to find location easily as it's not on main road. Please think before booking here!!.. I paid 4k just cause it's near by CP but should have stayed in hotel like Ginger or other good hotels.I had to check out and check into another hotel for 5 hours and the new hotel is half of what I paid and it's still much better!!

Room was old and not cleant.. I asked for extended check out since my flight was late in the evening. They said for 5 hours I'll need to pay entire full day amountRoom linen and other stuff was very dirty

I didn't eat breakfast. The location is safe, reachable and close to markets. Very nice location. There was room heater and hot water available.

The cleanliness was pathetic. The wifi was not reliable.

Staff behavior and food

The room and washrooms were not clean. We had to ask for soap and all. The used items of previous occupants were still there and asked them to clean it. We paid a huge sum not even for 12 hours of stay totally not worth it. The tea bag was kept opened in such a dusty room

Rooms in bad shape, dirty bathroom with hardly any warm water, bad breakfast, loud in the night.They require prepayment so you don't have any choice but to stay there. Avoid!

We spent 4200 rs for a single room.The bathroom was in a very bad condition. Bathroom door didn't have a lock. The door inside the bathroom was broken. Exaust fan was not there.Room was clean though but it was not worth spe 4200.

The complimentary breakfast served to room on demand with only two choices of road side street food like Puri/Bhaji or Aloo paratha with Chai.12. I booked for 4 nights, stayed only 2 nights against the booking, they didn't pay back the unused portion

Access to this GUEST HOUSE room was from a very noisy KITCHEN.LOUD NOISES OF STAFF WAS ON TILL MIDNIGHT.CLANKING OF CROCKERY & CUTLERY WAS ON TILL MIDNIGHTBread jam and a coffee, does not qualify as breakfast Period...!

An older style small hotel but excellently located making it very good value. Staff were always available to help and prepare meals which were generous servings, well priced and tasty. The WiFi was not great - sometimes had to use phone hot spot which was also variable - but it was manageable.

Nothing was there to like. I would suggest Booking.com to cross check about the real existence and available facilities providing by its owner, rather than take a photo from property owner and approved. There is no system with Booking.com if customer wants to connect/call/ or go for cancellation. spoiled my travel.

I recently stayed at Itsy Hotel - Connaught Mews, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the facilities were quite disappointing. The room itself was underwhelming; furniture was outdated, and basic items like toiletries were either missing or of low quality.Cleanliness was another major issue. Upon checking in, I noticed that the floors hadn't been properly cleaned, and there were noticeable stains on the bedding. It was unsettling, to say the least, and I found myself constantly uncomfortable in what should have been a relaxing environment.Overall, I expected more from a hotel in this location. I would not recommend Itsy Hotel - Connaught Mews based on my experience, and I will certainly be looking for alternative accommodations in the future.
